Suggested Use

For best results, brush with the Enlighten White first thing in the morning to remove any stains and maintain the teeth white throughout the day, then brush with Enlighten Serum in the evening before bed to allow it to work it's desensitising and micro repair magic whilst you sleep.

Brush for two minutes at a time and spit, don't rinse. No need to wet the toothbrush before applying the toothpaste on it.

Do I have to use both, or can I just use one?

They can certainly be bought separately, however the duo pack works as a pair: Enlighten White in the morning to whiten and protect through the day, Enlighten Serum at night so it can repair while you sleep. Using one on its own still works as a daily toothpaste, but you lose half the cycle.

Do I need to have had professional whitening for this to work?

No. Despite having been created to support the whitening process, the Duo Care works as a standalone daily routine too - brightening and protecting teeth on its own. If you have had professional whitening, it also works as aftercare and helps hold your result for longer.

Is it safe for sensitive teeth?

Yes. Enlighten Serum in particular is formulated to calm sensitivity and micro-seal enamel, which is why it's often recommended before and during whitening treatment as well as after. Both pastes contain 1305 ppm fluoride and are safe for daily use.
