ENLIGHTEN SMILES LIMITED offers a money back guarantee on all unused and unopened product returned within 14 days of the date of invoice (the "Guarantee Period").
This return policy shall be applicable solely to ENLIGHTEN SMILES products purchased directly by a dental professional OR consumer, and in no way shall apply to any products or services received by a patient or any other consumer through a dentist or dental practice.
Prior to returning product, a valid Return Authorization Number ("R.A. #") must be obtained within the Guarantee Period by contacting the ENLIGHTEN SMILES Customer Service Desk at +44 (0) 207 424 3270.
Unfortunately, no return will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. After obtaining a Return Authorization Number from the Customer Service Desk, the product must be returned, with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the box containing the product, to:
